In great condition. Bought used a few years ago from a family member and only used 2 times. We no longer have a vehicle to pull it so we have to reluctantly part with it. All the electrical and propane lines were inspected before we purchased it. The inside is in great condition! It is really light weight and easy to pull. It is really clean on the inside but will need a good power wash from sitting. The canvas could also use a cleaning but there are lots of utube video that show you how. Comes with the stove for outside, and few camping supplies such as a gazebo, a hitch lock and a dolly with a hitch to easily move it around.
