20 ft Camper Trailer 2004 in good condition asking $3500 Or Best Offer. Overall it is in great shape with some minor issues. The ends fold out to roughly queen size beds but are not the best for use in a damp environment. The towing wheels and axles are all in good shape and it comes with sway bars and hitch and is in good towing condition. It is mold and leak free however during a few days of very heavy rain a very small leak started but did not leak at all since then. I will point out the area which may need minor fix for the winter but it never leaked consistently or developed any mold. 2 propane tanks, propane heat, propane and electric fridge, kitchen area with working stove, bathroom area has been mostly converted to a closet for storage and there is no working shower. The toilet does work and there is water hook up with clean gray and black waters storage. The carpet has been replaced with laminate/vinyl tiles/ laminate hardood flooring. The main sleeping area has been converted into mostly a seating area but you can put plywood across to support a mattress as well. I want to be honest so I will admit that there has been cigarettes smoked in this camper. I however use the stove exhaust fan to remove as much smoke as I can when smoking in the camper and hopefully there is not permanent odour. I completely understand if this makes you not want to buy the camper but I would rather be honest than waste both of our time. Currently being stored in Port Alberni and I will give you the remainder of the storage use which is paid for until the end of April if you need to store it until then.
